We have developed the functionality based on the needs of cosmetics formulators:

  • separate sections-libraries for file storage: ingredients, packaging, formulas and product batches;
  • Suppliers and Customers sections to store important information and contact details in one place.

Working with ingredients and packaging:

  • uploading and storing files (SDS, COA) for each ingredient;
  • ability to add complex ingredients consisting of two or more components, and specify the exact percentages of each component for accurate calculation in formulas;
  • calculator for calculating the cost of ingredients and weight and volume converter;
  • downloading PDF files with a table of all ingredient data;
  • ability to upload your own ingredient or packaging database to the application in an Excel document.

Working with formulas:

  • automatic loading of data from the ingredients database when adding them to the formula;
  • uploading and storing certificates (PIF, CPNP, CPSR) for working formulas;
  • function of updating data in the formula if the ingredients used in the formula were edited;
  • automatic generation of a list of ingredients for the label in descending order;
  • downloading PDF files with the formula table.

Working with batches of cosmetic products:

  • automatic calculation of the required amount of ingredients for the specified portion of the product in grams/ounces;
  • notifications about the remaining ingredients and packaging and their expiration dates;
