AFFILIATE PROGRAM POLICY

This Policy is a public offer of Formulator Online and contains all material terms and conditions of participation in the Affiliate Program.

In accordance with this Policy, any legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or individual may use the Affiliate Program under the following terms and conditions.

The Affiliate Program is designed to attract customers who were not previously aware of the Formulator Online software, were not registered in the application and did not use its functionality.

GENERAL DEFINITIONS

1. The Affiliate Program is a form of interaction between Formulator Online and an Affiliate.

2. The Formulator Online web application (hereinafter referred to as the Service) is a website organized as a software designed for creating cosmetic formulas, automating calculations, storing files, and tracking inventory of ingredients. The Service is subject to copyright. The Service is hosted on the Internet at a unique address (URL): https://app.formulator.online.

3. The Affiliate is a user of the Service, who receives an affiliate payment for each Referral who becomes a Buyer.

4. The Referral is a new user attracted to the Service's website with the help of a promo code.

5. The Buyer is a user of the Service who has paid for the use of the Service.

6. The Promo Code is a special set of numbers and/or letters allowing to get a discount.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

1. The Affiliate can be a user/buyer of the Service. If a person becomes an Affiliate of the Service, they can get free access to an Enterprise subscription in the app for 30 days. The free subscription will be extended for another 30 days from the day following the payment of funds under the Affiliate Program.

2. The Service provides the Affiliate with a unique promo code that the Affiliate can share with anyone. Copying and posting the referral promo code on the Internet is a full confirmation that the Affiliate accepts the terms and conditions of this Policy and becomes a user of the Affiliate Program.

3. After registering in the application, the Referral can use the unique promo code an unlimited number of times within three months.

4. If the Referral makes a purchase in the Service without using the Affiliate's promo code or with another promo code, and becomes a Buyer, the payment for such Buyer shall not be credited.

5. When paying for a subscription using the Affiliate's promo code, the Buyer shall receive a fixed discount of -20% of the payment amount.

6. The Affiliate shall receive a payment if a Referral becomes a Buyer.

7. The affiliate payments are made once on the last day of the calendar month in non-cash form by transferring funds to the Affiliate's bank account or by using the PayPal service. The commission for transferring funds shall be borne by the Affiliate.

8. The amount of payment to the Affiliate depends on the total amount of payments made by attracted Referrals in the last calendar month, and is:

less than $500 - 10%

from $501 to $1000 - 15%

from $1001 to $3000 - 20%

from $3001 and more - 25%

9. The Service shall send the Affiliate a report on purchases made using their promo code by email on the last day of the calendar month.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

1. The Affiliate Program is a form of interaction between Formulator Online and an Affiliate.

2. The Affiliate undertakes to post advertising and graphic materials only in accordance with the legislation and terms of the Affiliate Program Policy and not to transfer responsibility for damages of any kind incurred by the Affiliate or a third party during the use and placement of own advertising materials to the Service.

3. The Affiliate undertakes not to place recruitment tools on the websites that are in violation of the law.

4. The Service has the right to unilaterally make changes to the terms of the Affiliate Program, notifying the Affiliate in advance by email.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Participation in the Affiliate Program is open-ended.

2. An individual's acceptance of the terms of this Policy does not entail their employment in the Service.

3. Under no circumstances shall the Service be liable for any acts or omissions resulting directly or indirectly from acts or omissions of the Affiliate and/or third parties.
