Reuse company details
Account Billing now stores a reusable company billing profile. Future invoice requests can reuse the company, billing email, address and tax/VAT identifiers; purchase orders and notes remain specific to the invoice. Changing the profile does not alter previously issued invoices.
Keep invoice actions together
Company invoices provide a searchable PDF, secure payment link, plan, amount, dates and the submitted company details. Download or resend the existing invoice from Account or Billing history without creating another invoice. Invoice status and the latest payment attempt are displayed separately. Date, status, payment method and plan filters make history easier to review. Provider updates refresh payment outcomes in real time. Expired accounts can request a three-day access extension once every 30 days while resolving a payment issue.
Continue instead of creating another order
New WayForPay and Monobank attempts keep their checkout link. Account cards and Billing history can reopen an unfinished payment without creating another order; existing unpaid WayForPay invoices can also be continued. Completed payments and expired links are not offered for continuation. If your bank has already charged you, wait for confirmation before paying again.
Automatic renewal has a separate lifecycle
Renewal is shown as active only after the provider confirms an active schedule. A failed or abandoned replacement does not remove an existing active schedule; a newly activated replacement takes over afterward. Available checkout methods depend on the merchant/provider and do not themselves prove renewal activation. One-time extensions keep the active renewal separate and explain the immediate additional charge.
Read cancellation precisely
Billing history distinguishes a successful original payment from a subsequently canceled renewal schedule. Canceling an unpaid invoice is not a refund or cancellation of an active automatic renewal. Fresh provider status checks determine when renewal cancellation controls are shown. Use Account to review the current action and Billing history for the recorded outcome.
